DBT Skills Class 

Hi everyone, We are excited to announce a new Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group starting this spring!

 

We focus on the four key modules:

 

Mindfulness: Learn to be present in the moment and observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Distress Tolerance: Develop tools to cope with overwhelming emotions and handle crises effectively, avoiding harmful behaviors.

Emotion Regulation: Understand your emotions and learn strategies to change your emotional responses.

Interpersonal Effectiveness: Improve your communication skills, set healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships.

 

Group Details: Start Date: April 15th

Time: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM Pacific Time

Location: Virtual

Duration: This group will meet ongoing with rolling enrollment.

Cost: $75 per group
